>> [!tip] Language Acquisition Coaching
>>Clayton loves to **focus on Meta Learning (learning how to learn)**. Often language learners try to learn a language before they learn how to learn a language. Clayton teaches **supercharged language learning activities** & helps learners **forge relationships that nurture language learning**.

>> [!consulting] Cross Cultural Teams Consulting
>> Leaders of cross-cultural teams need **to close the ocean gap**. This is the gap in time and understanding that works against collaboration and trust. Clayton applies principles from [Global Dexterity](https://www.andymolinsky.com/book/global-dexterity/) & [Forging Bonds in a Global Workforce](https://www.andymolinsky.com/book/forging-bonds-in-a-global-workforce/) in his consulting/coaching practice.
